At Rise Recovery, our mission is to walk beside individuals as they reclaim their lives from substance use. We offer structure, support, and hope when it’s needed most. Through personalized care, life-skill development, and meaningful community connection, we help individuals rise above their past and build a future they can be proud of. Recovery is more than healing the individual—it’s about restoring families, rebuilding trust, and reigniting purpose. Rise Recovery is here for every step of that journey.
At Rise Recovery, growth happens in stages. Our program is built around a structured, phase-based model that supports men as they move from early stabilization toward independence and long-term recovery, each phase builds upon the last.
Phase One establishes stability, safety, and consistency. Residents focus on adjusting to the program, building trust, and learning to navigate daily expectations and group routines.
Phase Two emphasizes responsibility and leadership. Residents take a more active role in their recovery, engage in community activities, and begin shaping personal goals for life beyond treatment.
Phase Three prepares residents for transition. With increased privileges and deeper accountability, men strengthen their support systems, practice real-world skills, and participate in off-site volunteer work or employment opportunities.
Phase Four marks the final step toward independence. Residents demonstrate leadership, mentor peers, and finalize their transition plans—leaving with the tools, confidence, and self-awareness to sustain their recovery.
